ABOUT US
Our Sourcing Team maintains close relations with major oil producers, suppliers, refiners, freight forwarders, allowing us to efficiently source and supply the range of products to suit our clients’ needs. Our local knowledge and regional partners are the strongest part of our infrastructure; they allow us quickly and efficiently structure and execute complex delivery routes. Our team has a deep understanding of the territories in which it sources, transits and delivers product. We fundamentally understand these complex environments and the markets relationships with them. Our efforts have, in the preceding years, provided the Government with the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. On this effort, we intend to take service and customer satisfaction to a new level.
Managing the data flow is paramount in this contract. With all the right operational systems, quality control, and supply chains in place it is critical that this information is captured and upwardly reported. Most important to any service are the people, the right people. It is also important that these people are well supported and have access to all the required items and tools needed to perform their tasks under this contract. The life support facilities must become a home away from home; they must have fit for purpose equipment suitable for the tasks and the environment faced. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) cannot just be adequate for the role it must instill the confidence in the operator to perform their task safely.
We provide energy to our customers from the well-known refineries, producers or suppliers of Europe (mainly Germany, Belgium, Poland, Greece & Romania), in Gulf sector from the UAE (ADNOC & ENOC) Bahrain (BAPCO) and Jordan (JoPetrol), and Central Asian Countries from (mainly Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan & Kazakhstan). Our quality starts with inspection of our products before it is being procured at the refineries. Our network of major oil producers, suppliers, and refiners is second to none. This enables us to offer our customers, low cost, high-grade fuels to cover all our customers’ small or large fuel needs.

NAI Logistics B.V.(NAI) is a sound company built on good business practices. The Customer can rest assured that an award to NAI will be supported by competent management, a clear understanding of the commercial environment and a depth of knowledge of the inherent risks in working within the midstream and downstream fuels business sector. The experience that has been gathered through operations in Europe, Middle East, as well as within CIS regions cannot be substituted. It is this experience that installs NAI skills sets in business management in a difficult financial and commercial environment.
NAI Logistics B.V.(NAI) understands the challenges needed to manage the depth of any contract, from high volumes supply chain management and operation; approval and performance management; right through to accounting and management of each and every transaction. Any complex contract with many moving parts, requires full time management of these moving parts to ensure that a mutually successful operation occurs. NAI also acknowledges that this operational environment will mean that the NAI will need to remain fluid in its operational management to meet the daily challenges, while its plans, processes and systems must remain robust and secure to administer the detail.

SERVICES
FUEL SOURCING
In order to promote diversity of supply NAI Logistics B.V. (NAI) have been sourcing petroleum products from several different refineries in support of the requirement for supplies to Germany, Belgium, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Afghanistan, and many other locations. NAI Logistics structures and performs diversified transport and supply schemes, specifically providing solutions to oil producers and refineries to complex logistical and market risks. NAI’s capability in Europe, Middle East, Black Sea region, Central Asia, Caspian Sea region and Afghanistan is based on its long experience in the fuel supply market, its capability to structure and execute inventive solutions, careful risk assessment, and an emphasis on both term and spot fuel supply agreements.
FUEL TESTING
NAI fuel testing analyze a wide range of fuels for full quality specifications, following industry standards such as ASTM, EN, ISO, and IP test method protocols. Our in-house expertise and analytical resources make NAI an ideal fuel testing services provider for the most demanding fuel analysis and R&D. Our fuel laboratories operate at world-class standards on a global basis, supporting refinery, tanker, pipeline, terminal, fleet and other operations. NAI provides complete laboratory services to test petroleum products. The labs at Team NAI Storage facilities are capable of conducting A-1 Testing on all types of fuel. The laboratory meets the design criteria of DWFS 08 – Petroleum Test Laboratory Design Guide.
FUEL TESTING
The laboratory is manned by personnel qualified to undertake the full quantity and range of tests required by the listed Standards and to ensure continuous fuel operations to support the requirements laid out by the customer. In addition to all NAI’s owned laboratory facilities we also possess Testing & Inspections Agreement with Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) Intertek Group PLC, Bureau Veritas SA, Rochem Inspectors, and Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization (JSMO) to ensure not only testing and inspection of our fuel is available at any given time and at any given location, but to also independently verify the integrity of the fuel provided by NAI.
FUEL MANAGEMENT
Our job is not done at the end of a strategic sourcing initiative. We stay with you and actively monitor your ongoing purchases to ensure that compliance is met both internally and externally for your organization. We also monitor the lifecycle of your procurement activities and make you aware of any additional potential savings opportunities that may develop in the marketplace after your original strategic sourcing initiative was completed. FUEL STORAGE
NAI Logistics Management Division implements, and controls the efficient, effective, forward and reserve the logistics throughout the globe. Our experience has taught us that the complexity of logistics can be simplified if one has the ability to model it and visualize a solution that would optimize the equation for our customers. We achieve this through our team of dedicated out-of-the-box thinkers, who manage your freight and think up of viable ways to handle your logistics, this we hope will enable our clients to focus on their core competencies. Fuel storage facilities, transmission and distribution systems are vital and complementary component of NAI, especially in Afghanistan to support and supply of continuous petroleum products. Supply line provides the crucial link between refineries and customers. NAI’s fuel storage facilities help to maintain the NAI’s transmission and distribution system’s reliability and its capability to transport supplies efficiently without interruption. Fuel storage facilities are essential to balance the dramatic divergence between the seasonal and daily variability of customer’s consumption and the inflexibility of supply line. Over the period of time, NAI is now able to maintain reasonable supply quantities of fuel to all over Afghanistan and other Areas of Operations.
FUEL TRANSPORTATION
The independence of owning a huge trucking fleet inside all areas of operations, along with transportation partnership with industry’s finest (for fuel transportation from refineries) allows NAI to meet all delivery timelines and maneuverability of assets in different regions to facilitate hiked requirements of one or more areas. The issuance of delivery orders to NAI more than other contractors by the contract by the customers is the evidence of our performance and compliant abilities. Within fuel industry, trucking is a key element of any supply chain, and we specialize in the safe, efficient, and cost affective land transportation.
We operate a fleet of more than 500 tankers truck vehicles; design to meet a variety of customer’s needs. Our trucking fleet is constantly reviewed and upgraded to assure all customer requirements are met and safety standards are enforced. All our trucks have internal epoxy quoting and a part of our fleet is dedicated solely to aviation fuel delivery and meets all IATA/ICAO requirements for aviation fuel trucks. The wide range of services that we offer means that now you don’t have to look beyond NAI for other options, our transportation division has expanded and allows us to meet all your transportation needs, with the same quality and perfection that you have come to associate with NAI.

CLIENT SECTOR OF NAI
The task at hand in any project is providing the Client with a turnkey solution providing a full source supply-chain program that is robust enough to handle any amount of product / services required while remain flexible enough to accommodate the challenging obstacles the area of performance present. This attitude and planning has been the core of all work done by NAI for its each and every client and that has been the reason that they have found us to be there most reliable partners.In the month of August 2017, NAI has been once again awarded the multi-million dollars IDIQ for fuel supply and delivery of (DF1 and DF2) and MoGAS fuels for Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior Afghanistan funded, awarded and administered by CSTC-A and Army Contracting Command.
Also, DLA Energy showed its trust by awarding NAI the delivery of Fuel Oil, Burner to Duelmen Tower Barracks, TUZOSTRASSE Dulmen City, Germany while a grand contract to supply millions of liters of fuel products to Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands is near to finalization by DLA Energy.
CLIENT SECTOR OF NAI
NAI completed the current On-Budget One Year Contract for Ministry of Defense all locations and FOBs in Afghanistan. Before that successfully completed 6-month Fuel Contract and Two One Month Fuel contract with Ministry of Defense for all the same locations delivering monthly requirement of 18 Million Liters of Diesel (DF1 and DF2) and MoGAS fuels.
Recently a new jewel to the crown of NAI has been added in the form of another award by DLA Energy. The contract number is SPE600-17-D-9502 and SPE600-17-D-9503, which calls for Diesel Fuels and AVGAS deliveries at Prince Hassam Air Base (PHAB) and North Integration Site (NIS), Jordan as well as Jebel Ali Free Zone and Port of Fujairah, UAE. NAI already holds three more contracts with DLA Energy (SPE600-15-D-9502, SPE600-15-D-9516, and SPE600-15-M-9541) delivering Diesel Fuels to Jebel Ali Free Zone and Port of Fujairah, UAE and to NSA Building, Al Juffair, Bahrain.
NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan/Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan (NTM-A/CSTC-A) and International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), in coordination with NATO nations & partners, international organizations, donors & non-governmental organizations, supports the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA) in generating & sustaining the Afghanistan National Security Forces (ANSF), develops leaders, & establishes enduring institutional capacity to enable accountable, Afghanistan-led security.


The primary support mechanism for ANSF POL requirements throughout GIRoA, resulting Delivery Orders are satisfying requirements of the Afghan National Police (ANP), Afghan National Army (ANA), Afghan Air Force (AAF), Ministry of the Interior (MoI), Ministry of Mines (MoM), Ministry of Defense (MoD), Power Generation sites throughout Afghanistan supporting internal security. POL commodities include Diesel, MoGas, Jet A-1, Aviation Fuel, Aviation Gas and Propane under W56KJD-13-D-0010, W56KJD-15-D-0001, W56KJD-15-P-0016 and W56KJD-15-P-0066.
The operational planning and execution of a volatile product as fuel in an active war zone country like Afghanistan, as a support to counter insurgency and internal security is itself a huge complex task. The work scenario includes procurement of fuel products from refinery, bringing it into the country and then delivering it down to sites. Managing Convoy Security, Vulnerability & quality of cargo, & Climatic factors for timely deliveries is also a big part of the contract. National Afghan Trucking (NAT I, 1.5 & II) provides a secure and reliable means of distributing reconstruction material, security equipment, fuel, miscellaneous dry cargo and life support assets throughout the Combined Joint Operations Area – Afghanistan (CJOA-A) to and from Forward Operating Bases (FOBs), Combat Out Posts (COPs) and other designated delivery sites.
United States Government (USG) elements within the CJOA-A require distribution support for providing logistics transportation support to USG operations. To meet identified distribution, support the USG requires contracted commercial logistics transportation distribution of Class I, II, III, IV, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X and multi-class cargo using Fuel / Dry (and Frozen)/ Heavy assets, including but not limited to reconstruction materials, security equipment, and life support items throughout the CJOA-A. NAI provide shipping containers on the contract to be used to transport goods. NAI provides all subcontracting management and logistics support resources necessary to pick up material and equipment at origin and deliver material and equipment at destination on the dates required by the U.S. Government.
